Happy Tuesday morning to you. It seems more and more of late that my travels are interfering with getting my Blog out to you on Monday morning. I do apologize but as the story goes, I am on travel and it appears that for the next month or so my bed will be some other place then Sweet Home Alabama

I find myself this week up in the New England area where we have just completed another fabulous Supershoots photographic workshop (www.supershoots.com). This even was held at Oliver’s Lodge in Meredith, New Hampshire on Lake Winnipesaukee. It was an exceptional location with an incredible group of photographers, models, make-up artists and professional instructors. I must say I was very sad to leave and already looking forward to the next event to be held there in September 2015.

The second part of my weeklong journey has me traveling with friends to Maine to spend a few days in the area. On our trip over we ran into one of those scenes and moments that tend to take your breath away and have you doing U-turns in the middle of the highway. As we were traveling east towards Mount Washington we came across the Mount Washington Hotel tucked neatly back from the highway with an exceptional mountain range behind it. The hotel, which opened in 1902, is a member of the Historic Hotels of American and was declared a Historic Landmark in 1986 and once you see it you know without a doubt why. The view was absolutely breathtaking and well worth the time spent in capturing its majestic nature with such an incredible vista. It was just one of those moments you have to stand in awe.

I hope you enjoy the view and look for more to come from the New England states!
